Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible but no later than September 8th if you must cancel your registration.  This will avoid unnecessary expenses.

If you have made hotel reservations, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation to avoid hotel penalties and fees.

Student Travel Awards

Student Travel Awards are available for all students participating in MISSOURI NSF EPSCoR Annual Statewide meeting. This includes undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral fellows who request reimbursement to cover the expense of mileage, lodging the night of Tuesday, September 13, 2016, and non-conference-provided meals. Reimbursement documentation will be distributed and collected at the conference.

Be prepared at the conference to provide your mailing address and your social security number, which is required for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be processed post-conference. You must be a registered attendee of the conference, and attendance is required. Students requesting awards must make their lodging reservations directly with the Hampton Inn (573-308-1060) and be willing to share a lodging room with another student. Lodging reservations and roommates are the award recipient’s responsibility. The lodging expense will be transferred to direct bill prior to the conference, so out of pocket expenses for lodging will not be incurred. The hotel will require credit card guarantee for incidentals and no-shows reservations during the lodging reservation process.

For additional information on Student Travel Awards, please contact Emily Haghighi at haghighie@missouri.edu.
